Inspirado en las izakayas japonesas, este espacio fundado por el chef Silverio Cervantes captura la esencia de las cantinas del Jap\u00f3n contempor\u00e1neo: comida honesta, ambiente c\u00e1lido y un esp\u00edritu de encuentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su propuesta gira en torno al omakase, una experiencia en siete tiempos donde el chef gu\u00eda al comensal a trav\u00e9s de pescados frescos de Ensenada, Zihuatanejo o Jap\u00f3n, en combinaciones que equilibran precisi\u00f3n y sencillez. Tambi\u00e9n ofrece ramen, sushi, donburis y bento boxes que rinden homenaje a la cocina cotidiana japonesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre luces suaves, madera clara y aromas marinos, Gin Chan celebra la uni\u00f3n entre lo tradicional y lo urbano, entre el rito y la sobremesa.
