Entre los hallazgos se registraron reparto de acordeones dentro y fuera de casillas, acarreo, coacci\u00f3n del voto e incluso la presencia de funcionarios federales influyendo en el electorado. En total, se reportaron 488 incidentes en m\u00e1s de 51 mil casillas observadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los testimonios describen desde votantes con acordeones enviados por WhatsApp hasta escrutadoras dictando c\u00f3mo marcar boletas con apoyo de celulares. En algunos casos, se constat\u00f3 que ciudadanos votaban en pareja sin justificaci\u00f3n, mientras en otros, presuntas funcionarias de programas sociales orientaban directamente a los asistentes durante simulacros y la jornada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las propuestas de los observadores piden prohibir el ingreso de propaganda y sancionar la inducci\u00f3n del voto mediante acordeones.
