La regi\u00f3n, que concentra la mayor pobreza urbana del pa\u00eds, recibir\u00e1 121 programas sociales y de infraestructura en 10 municipios clave como Ecatepec, Neza, Chalco y Chimalhuac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto busca atender de forma conjunta seguridad, movilidad, salud, agua, educaci\u00f3n y empleo. Incluir\u00e1 un Mando \u00danico regional y aportaciones conjuntas: 60% del gobierno federal, 30% estatal y 10% municipal. Banobras coordinar\u00e1 gran parte de las licitaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez calific\u00f3 el plan como un acto de justicia hist\u00f3rica. La zona representa el 22% del PIB nacional, pero ha enfrentado d\u00e9cadas de abandono.
