Tambi\u00e9n incorpora facultades para tareas de inteligencia bajo control judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el debate, se expresaron distintas posturas. Mientras una mayor\u00eda argument\u00f3 que se trata de fortalecer la seguridad, grupos parlamentarios de oposici\u00f3n externaron preocupaciones sobre el posible alcance de las atribuciones. A lo largo de la sesi\u00f3n se presentaron modificaciones menores al dictamen original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo marco legal contempla operativos encubiertos, seguimiento digital y formaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de derechos humanos.
