El exmandatario enfrenta acusaciones por delincuencia organizada, contrabando de hidrocarburos, defraudaci\u00f3n fiscal y operaciones con recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n federal.<\/p>\n<p>La dependencia explic\u00f3 que la medida judicial \u00fanicamente detiene temporalmente el procedimiento despu\u00e9s de concluir la etapa intermedia, impidiendo el inicio del juicio oral hasta que se resuelva el amparo. La resoluci\u00f3n fue emitida el 29 de octubre por un juzgado federal con sede en Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El recurso presentado por Ruffo cuestiona la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso dictada en julio por una jueza federal del Centro de Justicia Penal de Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez. La Fiscal\u00eda reiter\u00f3 que las investigaciones continuar\u00e1n mientras se resuelve el procedimiento judicial y asegur\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1 llevar ante la justicia a quienes resulten
