Rafael Olivos, dirigente del SNTSS, reconoci\u00f3 el resultado difundido la madrugada del jueves y asegur\u00f3 que respetar\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n expresada por la base trabajadora.<\/p>\n<p>La oferta rechazada contemplaba un aumento de 2.9 por ciento al tabulador salarial y de 3.9 por ciento en prestaciones. Aunque Olivos no present\u00f3 cifras del escrutinio, afirm\u00f3 que los resultados fueron claros. Ante la negativa, el sindicato solicit\u00f3 reabrir la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n con el IMSS para buscar mejores condiciones para sus agremiados.<\/p>\n<p>El dirigente explic\u00f3 que la propuesta surgi\u00f3 de negociaciones con el instituto y de acuerdos aprobados durante el Congreso Nacional del sindicato, celebrado el 11 de septiembre en Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. Tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que informar\u00e1 sobre los avances de las conversaciones y llam\u00f3 a mantener la unidad y el respeto entre
