El plan contempla dar seguimiento a la Ley General de Aguas y a las reformas realizadas a la Ley de Aguas Nacionales.<\/p>\n<p>El programa establece como prioridades revisar la implementaci\u00f3n de estas disposiciones, evaluar sus resultados y analizar el marco reglamentario y secundario correspondiente. Tambi\u00e9n contempla atender \u00e1reas de oportunidad detectadas durante su aplicaci\u00f3n, dictaminar los asuntos turnados y analizar el Proyecto de Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para 2027.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n buscar\u00e1 mantener comunicaci\u00f3n con autoridades, sectores productivos, academia y sociedad civil. Entre los temas de seguimiento estar\u00e1n el derecho humano al agua y saneamiento, la protecci\u00f3n de fuentes de abastecimiento, recuperaci\u00f3n de cuencas y acu\u00edferos, infraestructura y adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico.
