La reforma establece que los mecanismos deber\u00e1n ser accesibles, oportunos y simplificados, con prioridad para peque\u00f1os y medianos productores.<\/p>\n<p>Las modificaciones a la Ley de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable contemplan coberturas ante sequ\u00edas, heladas, granizadas, inundaciones, ondas de calor y otros fen\u00f3menos clim\u00e1ticos extremos. Tambi\u00e9n plantean desarrollar sistemas de informaci\u00f3n, monitoreo y alerta temprana, adem\u00e1s de brindar acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico para fortalecer la prevenci\u00f3n, adaptaci\u00f3n y resiliencia de las actividades rurales.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n aprob\u00f3 exhortar a la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura a declarar a Guerrero zona de desastre por sequ\u00eda y establecer apoyos emergentes para peque\u00f1os productores agr\u00edcolas y ganaderos durante el ciclo 2026. Adem\u00e1s, aval\u00f3 reformas relacionadas con la protecci\u00f3n de denominaciones de origen del vino mexicano y otros cambios en materia alimentaria y
