Legisladores y especialistas plantearon actualizar las normas federales de protecci\u00f3n civil durante la mesa de an\u00e1lisis por los 40 a\u00f1os de la institucionalizaci\u00f3n del Sistema Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil. Luis Humberto Fern\u00e1ndez, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Prevenci\u00f3n de Desastres, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que todav\u00eda existen limitaciones presupuestales para desarrollar acciones de prevenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/p>\n

El diputado de Morena anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una iniciativa para regularizar el r\u00e9gimen laboral de los cuerpos de bomberos, debido a que parte de este personal trabaja bajo esquemas voluntarios, honor\u00edficos o mediante asociaciones civiles. Tambi\u00e9n plante\u00f3 mejorar las condiciones laborales de trabajadores de protecci\u00f3n civil y grupos de rescate.<\/p>\n

Durante el encuentro se destac\u00f3 que el Sinaproc evolucion\u00f3 de un modelo reactivo hacia uno enfocado en prevenci\u00f3n y resiliencia. Entre los pendientes se se\u00f1alaron la falta de planes municipales, atlas de riesgo y reglamentos especializados, adem\u00e1s de la necesidad de armonizar las normas de protecci\u00f3n civil con las de desarrollo urbano y construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
