Adem\u00e1s, ratific\u00f3 una multa de 565 mil 700 pesos por aceptar aportaciones prohibidas por la legislaci\u00f3n electoral, relacionadas con donaciones en efectivo por 779 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Tribunal respald\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n del INE, que identific\u00f3 dep\u00f3sitos realizados por una empresa mercantil a una persona, quien posteriormente transfiri\u00f3 recursos a la organizaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n confirm\u00f3 que los documentos presentados por M\u00e9xico Tiene Vida para acreditar la capacidad econ\u00f3mica de sus simpatizantes fueron entregados fuera de tiempo, por lo que sus argumentos fueron considerados infundados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, el TEPJF mantiene vigente el procedimiento de investigaci\u00f3n para determinar el origen y destino de los recursos utilizados por la asociaci\u00f3n.
