La medida, emitida por la Oficina de Control de Activos Extranjeros (OFAC), permite finalizar transacciones previamente autorizadas, realizar reparaciones de emergencia, proteger a las tripulaciones y descargar mercanc\u00edas embarcadas antes del 14 de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La licencia establece que las operaciones no podr\u00e1n realizarse en puertos de Ir\u00e1n o Rusia y que cualquier pago dirigido a personas bloqueadas deber\u00e1 depositarse en cuentas restringidas dentro de Estados Unidos. Adem\u00e1s, aclara que la autorizaci\u00f3n no permite celebrar nuevos contratos comerciales ni realizar actividades prohibidas por otras sanciones estadounidenses vigentes contra Teher\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n fue anunciada mientras persisten los enfrentamientos entre Estados Unidos e Ir\u00e1n, tras el colapso del alto el fuego alcanzado en junio.
