La fiscal Ernestina Godoy afirm\u00f3 que, si se confirma la participaci\u00f3n del FBI en la operaci\u00f3n, se habr\u00edan vulnerado normas jur\u00eddicas y diplom\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La funcionaria inform\u00f3 que la FGR ha solicitado en m\u00faltiples ocasiones informaci\u00f3n al Departamento de Justicia y al FBI para esclarecer lo ocurrido; sin embargo, sostuvo que las respuestas han sido imprecisas y que incluso se han enviado 13 recordatorios por la v\u00eda diplom\u00e1tica sin obtener la documentaci\u00f3n requerida. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que contin\u00faan abiertas diversas investigaciones relacionadas con el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Godoy indic\u00f3 que existen siete carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n derivadas del traslado de Zambada y 32 procesos penales vigentes en M\u00e9xico contra el presunto l\u00edder criminal.
