Con seis votos en contra, el Pleno desech\u00f3 la propuesta presentada por la ministra Sara Irene Herrer\u00edas Guerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de los ministros consider\u00f3 que esos recursos pueden equipararse a un legado y, por tanto, estar exentos del ISR. Argumentaron que gravarlos generar\u00eda un trato inequitativo para las personas beneficiarias del sistema de seguridad social, ya que se trata de ahorros acumulados durante la vida laboral del trabajador y entregados tras su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras el rechazo del proyecto, el asunto fue turnado nuevamente para elaborar una nueva propuesta conforme al criterio mayoritario del Pleno.
