La decisi\u00f3n impidi\u00f3 que la legislaci\u00f3n secundaria acompa\u00f1ara de inmediato la reforma constitucional que establece la injerencia extranjera comprobada como causal de anulaci\u00f3n de elecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El coordinador de Morena, Ricardo Monreal, explic\u00f3 que la ley secundaria es necesaria para definir procedimientos, criterios y alcances jur\u00eddicos que permitan a las autoridades electorales aplicar correctamente la nueva disposici\u00f3n constitucional. Aunque la reforma al art\u00edculo 41 ya fue aprobada, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que sin el desarrollo normativo correspondiente persisten vac\u00edos que dificultan su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monreal estim\u00f3 que la iniciativa podr\u00eda discutirse en un pr\u00f3ximo periodo extraordinario o durante el periodo ordinario que inicia en septiembre.
