Indic\u00f3 que esta disposici\u00f3n, de confirmarse, implicar\u00eda modificar avances alcanzados en materia de igualdad sustantiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto, expres\u00f3 que espera que la omisi\u00f3n sea resultado de un error t\u00e9cnico y no de una decisi\u00f3n deliberada. Asimismo, record\u00f3 que la paridad constitucional fue incorporada en 2019, permitiendo ampliar la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en cargos p\u00fablicos en los distintos \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y consolidando su presencia en espacios de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, L\u00f3pez Rabad\u00e1n afirm\u00f3 que, en caso de no corregirse en el Senado, solicitar\u00e1 que la C\u00e1mara de Diputados realice los ajustes necesarios.
