Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dicha autoridad ya conoce la carpeta y autoriz\u00f3 t\u00e9cnicas de investigaci\u00f3n previas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n dej\u00f3 sin efectos la audiencia programada para el 16 de diciembre y orden\u00f3 su archivo administrativo, aunque mantuvo vigente la posibilidad de que la Fiscal\u00eda prosiga el tr\u00e1mite ante el juez competente. Medina Hern\u00e1ndez record\u00f3 que la FGR inform\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n contra Casar y dos exfuncionarios de Pemex ya estaba radicada en otro \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 a la administraci\u00f3n del Centro de Justicia por programar la audiencia sin completar el procedimiento correspondiente, calificando su actuaci\u00f3n como contumaz.
