Los procedimientos hab\u00edan estado suspendidos cuatro meses, luego de que el instituto asumi\u00f3 funciones del extinto Inai sin contar con bases t\u00e9cnicas ni normativas suficientes para operarlas plenamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el INE defini\u00f3 el padr\u00f3n de sujetos obligados que estar\u00e1n bajo su responsabilidad, integrado por partidos nacionales, agrupaciones pol\u00edticas y asociaciones que impulsan candidaturas independientes. Consejeros se\u00f1alaron que actualmente existen alrededor de 80 impugnaciones interpuestas por ciudadanos en revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, el instituto explic\u00f3 que la suspensi\u00f3n respondi\u00f3 a expedientes incompletos y falta de acceso a la Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia.
