Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que el Tribunal est\u00e1 abierto a diversas formas de ejercer el derecho y hacer justicia, reconociendo la evoluci\u00f3n de la costumbre jur\u00eddica hacia normativas propias de los pueblos originarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, representantes de organizaciones civiles recordaron que la Corte ha incorporado criterios pluriculturales en la atracci\u00f3n de casos. Conectado con ello, subrayaron que el art\u00edculo 2 constitucional define a M\u00e9xico como un Estado pluricultural, por lo que atender estos sistemas no es opcional, sino un mandato legal. A\u00f1adieron que estas acciones fortalecen el reconocimiento de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, especialistas en estudios constitucionales se\u00f1alaron que la justicia intercultural requiere m\u00e1s que discursos. Adem\u00e1s, afirmaron que la actual composici\u00f3n de la Corte permite avanzar en este \u00e1mbito.
