{"id":10438,"date":"2025-11-20T12:42:29","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T18:42:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/despertadormx.mx\/?p=10438"},"modified":"2025-11-20T12:42:30","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T18:42:30","slug":"corte-avanza-salinas-enfrenta-a-la-uif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/despertadormx.mx\/index.php\/2025\/11\/20\/corte-avanza-salinas-enfrenta-a-la-uif\/","title":{"rendered":"Corte avanza Salinas enfrenta a la UIF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n destrab\u00f3 el amparo que interpuso Ricardo Salinas Pliego contra la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF), la cual solicit\u00f3 a bancos y casas de bolsa informaci\u00f3n patrimonial del empresario y otras 78 personas en 2021, tras filtraciones de los Pandora Papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por unanimidad, la Corte rechaz\u00f3 el impedimento presentado por Salinas contra la ministra Yasm\u00edn Esquivel Mossa, al determinar que no exist\u00edan pruebas objetivas para cuestionar su imparcialidad. Con esto, el caso podr\u00e1 continuar y ser\u00e1 turnado a un nuevo ministro para su resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juicio lleva pendiente desde junio de 2023.
